It's been a while since I posted here, mainly due to the whole moving to wordpress but I always find myself someing back so I figured I might as well still update it once in a while.
Where to begin. First of all, Uni is over for another year. 2nd year is complete although I have 2 modules to retake, Character modelling and head modelling. I was so close to passing, hopefully with a 2nd chance I wont make the same mistakes.
More importantly, I went to my first ever Con the other week, the London Film and Comic Con 2011. Having never been to one before I wasn't quite sure what to expect and leading up to it I had thoughts that maybe it wasn't going to be as good as I envisioned. How wrong I was. Once we were inside it became apparent that I was going to have a good time. Stalls of comics, games and the like, games to try out, movie stuff on display and like minded people, some in cosplay, all in one place, it was awesome.
Now that I've been to one I want to experience more so it looks fairly certain that we'll be going back again next year, who knows, I might even dust off the Superman suit for it. In the mean time we've bought tickets for the Eurogamer Expo in September, seeing as we want to go to more Cons, not just movie/comic related ones, and we have a love of games it seemed like the perfect fit. I'll post a report on that when it happens.

Meanwhile, submissions will be thin on the ground as I plough on with there retakes but once theyre out of the way I'll pick up a pencil again and throw some new stuff up. I've got a few new ideas for F!SH and Zapp so I'll get those down on paper first. Speaking of which I'm also going to start writing and structuring those two so that I have some sort of organisation and make atleast a little progress, it's still a long way off actually being a fully fledged series, if ever but these things take time.
